NorthPoint Energy Solutions has a staff of 35 dynamic individuals involved in electrical energy marketing and trading, risk and contract management, and market settlement activity.
NorthPoint is a wholly-owned wholesale marketing subsidiary of SaskPower created in response to SaskPower’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) offering announced June 2001. We began commercial operations in November 2001 and operate a 24/7 electrical energy trading desk.
